Q: Will other users usage or network traffic impact my servers performance?
A: No! Our network has more capacity than we can use and is designed with maximum performance in mind. Each switch has multiple redundant paths for traffic, and automatic flood detection reroutes bad packets.

Q: Do you offer reseller or volume discounts?

Q: What operating systems can I choose from?
A: We install any open Linux or BSD distro you desire.

Q: How good is your DDoS mitigation? Will my server be nullrouted?
A: When a flood is detected by our monitoring systems traffic to that destination IP is automatically redirected over our filtering clusters. The clusters then attempt to scrub all bad traffic before passing real traffic on to your server. In the event the flood is too large for the filters only that IP will experience lag as the other addresses on your server an unaffected. The typical flood is picked up and filtered within 60 seconds.
